Shipping Method and Time

Bodhi Seed Prayer Beads sends all orders by the United States Postal Service or UPS. The shipping choices for online orders shipped within the United States and internationally are Standard, Priority, and International Standard Air. We normally ship the items in one to two business days. The shipping time in the United States will be 3 to 7 days. Upon your request, we can ship with other carriers. If there are extra costs, we will let you know. We try to ship all orders within 24 business hours. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping time to countries outside the United States varies. It normally takes 10 to 20 business days. Tracking numbers are not available for orders outside the United States.

Please understand that choosing Overnight does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours.

International Orders

Import tax or duty might be charged by customs if the prayer beads are shipped to countries other than the United States, and this will paid by the customer. Upon request, we will offer insurance or use other shipping carriers. If there are extra costs, we will contact you.

Order Methods

If you would prefer to order offline, just send us an email with your name, telephone number, and what you would like to order, and we will call and get the rest of your information by phone.

Payment Methods

On-line orders can be paid by credit card, debit card and PayPal. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, and Discover. We also accept most bank VISA or MasterCard debit cards.

Orders sent via mail can be paid by credit card, cashier's check or money order.

If you want to pay by money order or cash, please send it to Sylvia Smelcer at 11316 Hattery Lane Austin, TX 78717. Please leave us a note with your item numbers.

Back Orders

In the unlikely event that any mala beads in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance when it becomes available (with no additional shipping charges). It normally takes two weeks for the mala beads to reach you if they are on backorder.

Return Policy

Bodhi Seed Prayer Beads wants you to be happy with your mala beads purchase. You can return or exchange your mala beadsr by the following policies.

United States

If any mala beads is damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately. And if in any other way you are dissatisfied with the order, you may return the item(s) within 5 days of accepting delivery. We will refund the purchase price. We do not refund the shipping price on returned mala beads or orders that qualified for free shipping. For those items qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping cost if you return the items.

Countries Outside United States

If you are dissatisfied with your mala beads, you can return the item within 5 days of accepting delivery. We will refund you the purchase price, but not the shipping.
